gathering at the main gate
On March 30, the 2014 Northwest University climbing competition was held in Cuihuashan Scenic Area. There were over 900 persons from faculty team attended. It was one of cooperating activities with the geopark.
Northwest University has being built the pedagogical and scientific bases in the geopark since 2009 inspired by the unique and diverse geological structures in Qinling Zhongnanshan. It is also one of co-operated academic institutions of the geopark.
