Oct. 9th to 11th, 2013, some of Management’s staff attend the forum which has “Developing Model Area of Qinling Organism’s Civilization, Structuring New Style of Qinling Organism’s Safety” to be theme. Many represents (from Xi’an, Baoji and other cities) attend and give their suggestions in the forum, and we give the suggestion too. Besides, <<Xi’an Declaration>> which submits that developing and protecting Qinling, setting up model area of Qinling organism’s civilization and improving efficiency from research reward to actual achievement has been passed in this forum.
