Jan 23rd to 24th, geological environment department of Ministry of Land and Resources hold a special conference about project of natural gas transmission from West to East China crossing Qinling Zhongnanshan, which has been crossed. The agreement of geological protection must be signed before project execution with management office, and project execution must be starting after mid-evaluation. Sun Chang’an(manager of ministry of land and resources) and Yang Jianping attend the conference.
